These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of gbponly.com (the “Site”), operated by NBBN LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, doing business as GBPonly (“GBPOnly”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about GBPOnly’s digital marketing services for local businesses. The Site does not sell services through online checkout. All services are provided under a separate written proposal or service agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Prices, package descriptions and examples on the Site are for general information and may change. A price is binding only when stated in a signed proposal or service agreement.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, call volumes, leads or revenue. Results depend on factors outside our control, including Google’s and other platforms’ policies and algorithms, competition and your business operations. Any examples or results described on the Site are illustrative, and individual results vary.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or security tools, submitting false information or using it for any unlawful purpose.

By submitting a form or emailing us, you agree that we may reply to you and send service-related communications by email, and may call you about your request at the number you provide. Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
6. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to GBPOnly or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
